The rating breakdown
0 of the 35 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for MyProMovers DC are one or two star.
Worked out from 35 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Washington
1.3 percentage points lower than the middle of the 15 movers in Washington we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Kamilla and her extraordinary crew are simply unmatched. Watching this team work is like watching a perfectly synchronized unit of highly trained professionals. They move like super robots, carrying two heavy bins at a time, strategizing every step, communicating smoothly, and operating with impressive strength and speed. It is honestly amazing to witness. They are fast, focused, and incredibly fit. What impressed me most is how well they work together. There is no chaos and no confusion.
Thank you so much for such an incredible and detailed review! We’re truly thrilled to hear about your experience with Kamilla and her crew. It’s wonderful to know their coordination, efficiency, and teamwork stood out so clearly, and that they were able to handle your storage unit with such care…
MyPro movers called before delivery as promised. The guys were on time, polite and very careful. I highly recommend them.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that your delivery experience was smooth and stress-free. Our team takes pride in being punctual, polite, and careful with every item they handle. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your trust in MyProMovers.
I had a great experience with MyProMover and would highly recommend them. This was definitely not a simple move. I needed a large headboard moved into an upper-level condo, but it could not fit through the normal path. Their team had to use a crane to lift it up to the rooftop level, then bring it through the top-floor stairwell and carefully move it into the bedroom. They also had to temporarily remove and reinstall part of the stair railing to make the route work.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We are thrilled to hear that your experience with MyProMovers exceeded your expectations, especially with such a complex and challenging move.
Manuel and Antonio were fantastic and very professional. I was shocked at how quickly everything got packed and unpacked. I also appreciate how carefully everything was wrapped and stowed; we have an antique piece that I was worried about but perfectly came out perfectly. They clearly know more than I ever will about delicately transporting things like that. Whenever we move again, this will absolutely be my first call, and I plan to recommend them to others like they were to me.
Thank you so much for your incredible review! We're thrilled to hear that Manuel and Antonio provided such a fantastic and professional moving experience. Their efficiency, attention to detail, and care in handling your belongings—especially your antique piece—are exactly the qualities we strive…
