This company move stuff from my house on May the 27th 2022. Destroy my property and not notify the home owner. When I called the company and spoke to the owner he said my property is poor quality which don’t give you any rights to destroy it and leave. I am sending this company the bill of &250.00 of damages. Be aware because if a moving company destroy your property they have all right to take responsibility to fix it and not ignore it. If I can give them a 0 stars I would.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. This guys showed up to help a tenant move and were asked by the property manager to please put their masks on and in a very rude manner the workers refused to comply. In difficult times like this the last thing we need is to cause another break out specially in a condominium occupied mostly by senior citizens.
Never use these guys. They complain about everything especially loading and unloading into storage and having to maneuver a vehicle between buildings. Last I checked this was part of your job to drive items to and from locations. Life isn't always perfect and as a business you should be professional enough to understand that moving is stressful and the last thing I care about is how close you can get to the frign door just to make it easier on your workers. Ridiculous!

In their own words
This is the third time that we have used Neon Professional Movers. They have moved our home furnishings once and moved our business furnishings and equipment twice. Each time they have exceeded our expectations. They are always on time, organized, hard working and very careful with items they are moving. We found their rates to be among the best and they don't mess around ... they just keep working away until the job is done. I sincerely endorse their service.
I have been working with Neon Movers for over a decade both personally for myself and family as well as professionally, for my clients. Zoltan, the owner is very caring and details oriented. He quotes fairly and his crew work very efficiently and with care. I have nothing but good things to say about my many experiences with this local company. I used their services again this week for a client and as always they came through for me with professionalism. Thank-you and we will see you for the next project.
Zoltan and team were amazing! Hard working, kind, patient and pricing was unbelievable. We moved from a full side split into a house with difficult entry and small spaces and with a super heavy treadmill and the team problem solved and got everything in in good time, they even made a second spot to pick up from our storage locker!
We hired Neon Movers for a small job—just our large items—when we purchased our new home. Because we needed to leave half our furniture in place for staging, we ended up splitting the move into two separate days. The team was incredibly …
