1 hour late, Gorgo & Cvhick, came w/ Little to no English. They Refused my request for; identification, proof of license and insurance. Lazy, young, careless, clumsy & No respect for my property. Stayed on the phone for 25% of the time here. I commented that they get a lot of phone calls. They said, “so”. They only stayed 2 hours. They were rude w/their Tillisby, Georgian Europe curses. My wise Google Translate. I was forced to accept that & some missing family heirloom jewelry so far.

These guys were alright. The crew was very nice and worked very hard but the more I unpacked the more I found broken. The crew told me about a couple of things they broke on accident but there were quite a few more items that I found that did not know about. I sent a message to the company but I have not heard back at all. They were very responsive when they wanted there payment but after that I heard nothing about my broken items that I tried contacting them about. The bottom line is that they are just ok.
Hello Dustin, thank you for your feedback. Boxes were packed by owner and guys were very careful with your items and also with boxes. I did talk to you over the phone and sent an email with claims form which was never received back.
Guys were nice but one (taller guy) did more work than the other which slowed down their work. Job took wayyy longer than expected and they didn't finish the drop-off to the rooms. They are being overworked from job to job it seems.

Upon booking a moving company, I came across New Chapters Movers. From the beginning I was contacted within the day about the job and emailed a quote of the job. The only drawback was the start time. The workers arrived a half an hour late to the job. Giorgi started the clock to be paid when they arrived and from that point on, their work spoke for themselves. Three movers showed up for the job. They had everything packed, wrapped what was needed, and stored it in the truck quickly.

Absolutely loved my experience with New Chapters Moving. Lucas and Jeremy were incredible—on time, professional, and seriously kind. They treated my stuff like it was their own and worked efficiently the entire time. It definitely helps when you make their job easier (I had everything staged and ready), but they still went above and beyond. Yes, New Chapters is a little pricier than some other options, but you definitely get what you pay for.

EDIT: Updating my review after having a second move with them now as a repeat customer. They had an issue with the truck and needed to arrive later than scheduled at the last minute which really threw off my move. To be honest I was ready to write a negative review because the communication was so poor. HOWEVER I will say this - the actual move done by Brandon and David was phenomenal just like last time. It was the hottest day on record and they still got me done faster than expected.
