We had an absolutely seamless experience with Maxi Moving from start to finish! From the moment we booked them, Paola and Diana’s communication was prompt, clear, and professional — we felt in good hands right away. On move day, Andre, Nik, and Nurali showed up exactly on time and were courteous, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with such care and attention — from large furniture pieces to delicate items — and were mindful of our space throughout the entire process.
I’ve used Maxi Moving twice now, the first back in 2020 during the COVID for an apartment move, and most recently for a larger move to a new home. Both experiences were excellent! This most recent move was a big one and ended up taking around 8 hours, but the crew stayed cheerful, helpful, and professional the entire time. They were very communicative throughout the day and made sure everything ended up exactly where we needed it.
Sometime ago I did cross country moving from one coast side to the another, and Maxi Moving did fabulous job for me. General steps of how it worked for me are as below. 1. Get a quote online: This was done by their online webpage and I had to list all the inventory of my stuffs to move. The move cost was based on the weight of the inventory list and I had to be meticulously thorough on the list and revised it 4~5 times over couple weeks cause I didn't want to have any confusion or discussion on the actual moving…
They helped me move from NYC to DC and they did a spectacular job! They were professional, time effective, and generally amazing. This was my first time moving out of state so of course I was nervous and all my items were brought to DC in great condition ! They know how to wrap their items even heavy ones. I had a 200lb cabinet and they did a great job with it. So thankful for this company. The reviews DO NOT LIE !!! Great work !
