In their own words
Expert at moving but very poor at communication. Scheduled the move at 3 to 5 pm but eventually the team arrived at my place at 6:30. Understand things might get delayed but no update on arrival time whatsoever. Had to continuously contact them to get the latest ETA. VERY FRUSTRATING.

The bad: First, I booked my move a few weeks in advance, sent the owner a text the night before to confirm time and location, and the movers were STILL 90 minutes late. The owner was apologetic but didn't offer to make anything right for wasting our time for 90 minutes while we waited for his crew to show up. Second, the movers were VERY slow. And when they showed up at the unload site they reeked of weed, I'm guessing that had something to do with the speed at which they moved.
Hey RC! I'm not going to make excuses here — 90 minutes late, movers arriving in that condition, and an auto-charge without an itemized receipt are all things that should not have happened. I was apologetic in the moment but you deserved better than just an apology.
Very poor communication between management and sales team. I had a date booked with an early morning start then out-of-the-blue a “surprise” change in the companies plans….they can’t do what they said. They can now only move me at 4pm. I’m driving 3 hours out of state and cannot change. You need a new name because I needed to find a new moving company last minute. Major stress! This company has poor communication and is unreliable

Context: I was 3 weeks out from moving and the 5 other movers I called prior to Devin’s No Stress Movers were not at all accommodating, overpriced and/or required cash/money orders for amounts that were unknown. I saw all the 5 star reviews and couldn’t believe it. WELL, BELIEVE IT! SCHEDULING: Devin was extremely attentive, patient and incredibly accommodating.

I don't typically write reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience with No Stress Movers— so had to share. I am so incredibly grateful I chose them for my unit-to-unit move last month.
