Very disappointed with our experience with NoFlex Moving and Logistics. I will start with a positive in saying that they were flexible and accommodated my request for same-day moving help, which many companies I reached out to before NoFlex could not do after another moving company cancelled on us that day. Their communication in delays was also better than other movers I have used. Unfortunately, after saying they could accommodate the same-day move and I paid a deposit, things started to unravel.
My experience was that this company lacks integrity. The owner lied to me and coerced me to pay money that was not agreed upon. And they are very unprofessional: 1. They were extremely late. They were so late they had to reschedule for a couple days later and even then they were 6 hours late and I thought they weren't coming, leaving me scrambling last minute on the day I had to be out of my house.

Booking an appointment was easy. They were able to fit me in within a few days. I inquired about unloading a 16 ft POD, moving the furniture inside & re-assembling the bed frames. The lady who I spoke to when booking assured me that was possible. Fast forward to moving day & the movers were hesitant to put the bed frames back together. They said they normally don't put things together they didn't take apart. All of the screws & such were labeled for each (3) of the bed frames. So they didn't put them together.
I have to say I am extremely disappointed, especially considering the many positive reviews I read online before reaching out. I received an email from Serena asking me to call so she could provide the most accurate quote possible. When I spoke with her, however, the experience was far from what I expected. She was unable to correctly enter either my email address or my physical address, and her phone was constantly ringing in the background, which appeared to be a personal phone.

We recently moved from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to Tallahassee, Florida, and they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly affordable. From the very first quote to the final box unloaded, they were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Their team showed up on time, handled our belongings with real care (no scratches, no damage, nothing missing), and worked efficiently without any unnecessary drama.

Noflex was the best moving experience I have ever had and I’ve moved a good many times! I cannot tell you how professional and over the top kind and generous these guys were. They went above and beyond. They answered questions, they listened to what I suggested as far as what would be best to put in the new house first so that it would go into their truck in the right order. They wrapped everything in cardboard and or blankets and then plastic wrap. They wrapped my sofa!!
