Last October I worked with Nicole the owners daughter on two moves. She quoted prices, structured the move and everything sounded like it was in order. It was a unique move because we were trading houses with a buyer of our house. Nicole and I worked a month and a half ahead of time sending pictures and she went to the other parties‘s house to see what they had where it all went wrong was the day of the move.
No other reviews, how peculiar. Since I just used another mover it reminded me of an incident a few years ago when I hired these guys to move some office furniture. It wasn't great quality and they were warned a piece was weak. They further damaged that and another piece. When confronted they were rude, denied causing the damage(I have a witness) and hung-up the phone. It's been a while since this happened but I will never forget what a poor job they did or how I was treated.
Very displeased with the service provided. Two of the three men were hard working seemed to care until they wanted a tip at the end of their shift. Third gentleman came to work smelling like he had been out drinking all night. After about an hour, he did mention how he had been out drinking and was hung over. He had a hard time lifting anything due to his "shoulder being hurt." We still needed to get a Uhaul and move about 40% of our place our selves.
Broken, damaged or never made it to my new location. Grease on an upholstered oversized chair, four metal baskets delivered but the rack that holds the baskets was completely destroyed, paint scraped off the legs of dining room chairs, workers stories about their 1.5 hour lunch break didn’t match up, complaining about weather conditions while inadequately dressed. Two thumbs down. Once and done.
I would not use this company. I was happy with the office staff (owner and daughter), however, the movers were not what I expected. They were late, complained about aches & pains, and the worst part, totally stoned. They broke a recliner, …
I had norby movers move me on dec 8th the arrival time stated on my receipt 9.am they arrive at 10 AM charge me for 3.5 hrs 476$ later was done at 12:50 highly unlikely to reccomend them

This is the second time I’ve used them to move and once again they did everything perfectly. Kind and courteous as well as completely professional. They showed up on time with smiles. Thank you (especially to Jesse) for making my day and move so much easier ;)
I had 3 hard working guys. Drove through 3-5 inches of snow still falling. TRAVELING TO BURLINGTON TO MOVE MY DAUGHTER. THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL. Went above and beyond to accomadate her moving date today. This move took 8 hrs d/ T Conditions they had. We're pleasant & professional til the end. I can not thank this company for moving hell & earth to make this happen to the end. Office personnel Nicole was top notch.
We hired Norby and Sons to move our daughter's belongings from her apartment to a storage shed. Jessie and Tanner were our team members, and they were both efficient and respectful. The final cost was close to the original estimate; another plus. We were very pleased with the service we received!
