In their own words
They broke important items, and a high value item went missing. They made negative, unsolicited comments about the city that we were moving to. We agreed on the time that the truck would arrive many days in advance. The day before the move, the company called and changed the time, and then on the day of the move, the movers showed up at the original time. Their communication with their customers is not polite or professional, and they refused to answer questions. Movers refused to wear masks indoors.
Moved us from North Bay to Edmonton in Dec 2022. Worst. Experience. Ever. Don’t use these folks unless you want numerous items broken. Multiple pictures, electronics, family items, furniture all broken. Paid and extremely large some of money for the move. Part of the service was disassembling and reassembling of items. Today. As it’s spring. Went to put my daughter basketball hoop up. Completely smashed and metal arms and bolts bent. Daughters bike front brakes destroyed.

From the estimate by Virginia & Dave to the cleanup at the end these people are PROS! Ongoing communication until move day, helpful tips and compassionate understanding of how stressful moving can be, these people made it so much easier. Virginia is incredible to deal with. We had a lot of back and forth to figure out my move from North Bay to PEI. She was incredibly responsive and even went out of her way to help me get a lower rate for moving my belongings when the original quote was just way out of my budget. On moving day the guys showed up on time, were very efficient and friendly. They even helped me move things back into my storage unit that I was going to take myself.
