The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 10 four and five star reviews we have read for Northern Arizona Piano. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Daniel is an exceptionally gifted piano technician. He is professional in every meaning of the word being prompt and respectful in his work. His knowledge of the workings of the piano are very evident with the skill and expertise he demonstrates. He is akso very kind, patient and very attentive to every question and concern. I would highly recommend Daniel to any one in need if piano repair or tuning. He has earned my respect and for that 5 stars.
Dan is a top flight piano tuner technician, the best I’ve had since I left Boston. He takes the time to do the job correctly, and is also a fine pianist, who checks his work by playing Chopin’s first prelude and the prelude from Ravel’s Le Tombeau de Couperin. I highly recommend him for all your piano maintenance needs.
Dan is kind, honest and wonderful with pianos! He is caring and attentive to the needs of his clients and their instruments. Highly recommended!
Best Piano services I've used in Northern Arizona. Hell, in the country! Dan is an incredibly kind, knowledge, and friendly person to work with.
