Do NOT hire this company. They arrived four hours late for our job. They broke many of my keepsake items despite me packing the boxes with extreme care and a lot of bubble wrap and paper. The box was marked fragile. They threw it in the truck. They scratched a lot of my doors and frame work at the house we were moving out of, and we had just repainted the house for the sale.
I would NEVER recommend these movers. Adam will rope you in when you call to discuss the move, give you a good price, and then ensure that you have the most stressful move of your life. I’ll start with the only positive of these movers: they didn’t steal our stuff. Now, I’ll list ALL the negatives (if space will allow): 1. Initial scheduled move time was between 10 am and noon.

I DO NOT recommend Northshore Moving Company. When I contracted with Northshore Moving Co. to move me from Baton Rouge to Mandeville, I was promised three movers and a fully-stocked box truck to facilitate this move on Saturday, August 17, 2024 (arrival between 8-10AM). There were three breaches of contract by Northshore Moving Co. BREACH #1: The contract specified three movers would arrive between 8-10AM on the day of the move. Instead, only two movers arrived on the day of the move.
Waited two months for them to deliver 4 chairs. After repeated calls to them the owner said he doesn’t care about my delivery I finally drove over an hour to their warehouse and picked them up myself. I paid $200 to have them delivered so I’m hoping to get that back. Stay away from this company! The owner is incompetent and is running the company into the ground.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have so many damaged pieces of furniture including a clothes dryer that is smashed in. I was promised everything was going to be wrapped and it wasn't. I signed a contract saying all of the doors, walls, and door knobs would be protected and they weren't. And the owner can't blame the workers because he was here first to unload. He left two guys here for a four man job. I was helping unload everything.

I would not recommend these services to anyone. Adam was unprofessional, talked poorly of employees and expressed his frustration with poor staffing. I understand these are valid issues , but as a customer I would like to be assured that I will be receiving the best service. Which was far from that. Movers did not handle furniture with care , and poor time management on their end. I understand it is a business and as a manager you are dealing with a lot , but do not share or vent to me. I did not pay you for that.

Disappointing! Response time was good. They moved items as requested but broke pieces and instead of telling us, they tried to cover it up with tape. Unbelievable! Also left dents and holes in our walls.
