In their own words
The movers themselves are personable and young and fun...However, they are unskilled. I hired them to move a new treadmill and several boxes from one town to another. That's it. The new treadmill now has a dented stand which renders an uneven walking surface, and there are more scratches than you would believe. And somehow, the dropped my treadmill into one of my walls, which has damage that will require a professional to repair.
The movers seemed interested in doing everything slowly -- I wasn't surprised when I got a billed for nearly $100 more than initially quoted.
Hey Francisco, we're sorry but it doesn't sound like you moved with us - can you double check your records to make sure we're the company that moved you? And if we are, please give us a call at [phone removed] so we can figure out what happened?
NO NO NO to them Worst experience I had with moving company. Don’t believe on the rating in Yelp or Google, these are all fake comments and rates. They are unorganized; they took 8 hours to load the trucks and when they get to our new home it was already evening and they were just rushing and dropped everything. They didn’t unwrap almost anything, left they trash behind; we end up unwrapping everything. I have collected 3 extra-large box of their blanket.
I am not in the habit of posting negative reviews but feel it is important to share my experience since things did not work out well at all for us. First of all, we did look at other movers who were less expensive. They did not seem to be measure up to what we needed. My spouse had used NS movers before without any issues and read all their reviews. So we decided to spend more than we anticipated in order to get the best quality and professionalism.
Dear Joey, We are truly sorry about the issues with the delivery of your belongings from your home in Austin, Texas to your new home in New Jersey. We know we can't fix your experience, but we are focused on rectifying what we can by being a responsive partner.
Very bad company ! they lost a part of my furniture and they moved to my storage. I`ve been calling them since 5 days and no one can give me an answer , never return my phones call.
