The worst movers I have ever used I have moved several times in my 68 years, and my experience moving from California to Texas with NorthStar was the worst I have ever had with a mover. My framed artwork (two posters, a batik from Indonesia, and a lithograph) completely disappeared once the packers in Berkeley took it. When the boxes arrived, some of them were smashed in and it was clear they had not handled my goods with care. Multiple items were damaged. Administratively, they were equally awful.

Do not use this company! They crashed into our truck and wouldn’t provide insurance. They broke multiple laws and are refusing to pay for the repairs. It’s not worth the risk using them.

Rob and team were professional, punctual, and efficient. We had an amazing experience and would definitely use again. For a very fair price they showed up at the beginning of the promised time range, brought extra people, got right to work, and worked hard all day with smiles, laughter, great communication and courtesy. They even helped clean up and get all the furniture right where we wanted it! I highly reccomend this moving company!

Rob and Daniel were absolute rockstars. We moved from east Austin out to Pflugerville on a Saturday and these two made the whole thing so much smoother than I expected. They were careful with all of our stuff, moved fast without ever being careless, and were just genuinely great dudes to have around on what's normally a super stressful day. Valery on the office side made booking easy and kept everything organized leading up to the move. Can't recommend NorthStar enough, seriously.

NorthStar is a good moving company. They are a bit pricey, but they do honest business. No extra charge, no fleecing, no tantrums at loading and unloading. You pay what you agreed upon. Their workers are quite professional and efficient in their job. I would highly recommend this company.
