They didn’t me an option for flat rate and they charged me per hour and they didn’t finish everything. They were very slowly to charge me more hours and they want to go back and forth to increase hours as much as possible. They start to move the small bag first before the furniture and I told them they shouldnt but they refused and told Me don’t worry the truck is very big and is gonna fit everything which was just a lie and it didn’t Very disappointing!!
Hello Dina, Really i m surprised when double check my booking schedule and see, your named is not listed in my schedule. We offer hourly rate & all kinds of dealings we discuss before conform schedule .Our all customer is very happy . So i am really confused about you bcoz you work with me or not.
Andre and his crew were efficient and helped us finish packing. HOWEVER!!! They’re not the actual movers. They pass your stuff to another company who does the delivery which I think is extremely unsafe. Then that company refused to drive their truck to my front door because “their truck is too big to go through the complex gate” Instead, they offloaded my stuff in the street and made us pay extra. 2/10. Highly do not recommend.
Hello Ezinne, Thanks for your great response about our moving service .Hope we will work together again.
The advertisement clearly states that this moving company is operating 24 hours a day… and yet I just called to inquire about getting help to move and nobody answered the phone!!! False advertisement!
We're sorry you were unable to reach us. We noticed that you did not use any of our moving services. NYC Brooklyn Movers LLC offers 24-hour moving services. However, there may be times, especially late at night, when we're unable to answer the phone immediately.

Hi, Dollarz, I deeply appreciate your reply. It was a pleasure to work for you and we would be happy to help you out again with any future moving needs. Thanks ANDREW STEPHENSON
We had to make a last-minute decision to move and only had two days to pack and find movers. Thankfully, we still had Andrew from NYC Brooklyn Movers in our contacts from our previous move. Andrew and his team of five were incredible—handling our three-bedroom duplex, including items from the rooftop, with care and efficiency. They carried all of our belongings (and we had a lot!) down multiple flights of stairs and back up again without breaking a single thing.
Hi Tabot, Thank you so much for sharing this amazing review and for trusting us with your move again. We know how stressful a last-minute move can be, and we’re glad our team could make it smooth for you. Your kind words about their care and professionalism mean a lot.
Andre and his crew is amazing very professional and helpful i was so behind on my move due to my working schedule and they allowed me to go through my things as they boxed it up using they supplies although it costed a bit more because i had a little more things then i thought the price was still reasonable they are all respectful put everything into my new home where and how I wanted it to be I didn't feel pressured for payment since my first call for hire he asked for payment after the job was done boxed up and…
Hello Foster, Thanks for your great 5 star review about our Brooklyn movers. Hope we work together again.
