One of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional from beginning to end. NO ONE WORE MASKS when entering and exiting the building. Numerous expensive and fragile items were broken. It was clear the movers were inexperienced because they would drag out furniture and other items any way they wanted and not carry any items the way they were meant to be carried. The movers were supposed to arrive on a Saturday and didn’t show up all day (even after several calls).

Unfortunately this review isn’t pleasant and I’m LIVID! I don’t know who was paid for these good reviews but the way the owner is a crook is beyond me. This company over charged and some of our decor were broken and MISSING!!! Like why is our big wall art pieces missing as if we wouldn’t notice and where is our cleaning equipment? I understand not taking liquids due to spills but our carpet cleaner, mop and broom? Our cleaning equipment weren’t cheap.

I was extremely excited when I was referred to this company and after speaking with the owner his well rounded professionalism the day I scheduled my appointment was amazing. The day of the move was not only a disaster but unprofessional and unorganized. I was scheduled for 3 guys for a 3 bedroom townhouse with basement but the day of only 2 were sent. The owner finally sent another guy to assist.

This was around 12:50-12:55 pm Thurs 2/11 at Walcutt and Roberts roads light coming out of gas station. I really hate to post this because I have not used this company personally to be able to properly rate their service, but I think if it were me either researching and vetting companies or using them I would want to know. Today on my lunch break I went out for lunch and to get gas. I pulled up to a light and a truck from Ohio Packers and Movers was right next to me in the other lane.

This was the worst moving experience of my life. I scheduled a pack and a move, pack on the 29th, move on the 30th. They called to tell me on the 29th that they were going to do my move at the same time as my pack. I voiced that this would not be possible and they pushed me to do it anyways. The "packers" were shotgunning beers in my kitchen (which they left their trash on my table while doing).

Do NOT use this company ever. It was a nightmare and my families worse experience with a company, still with no resolve. Very unprofessional movers showed up and due to the amount of damage within the first hour needed to fire one mover (not allow him in home). Multiple areas of DAMAGED walls and floors in a brand new home from this employee. They asked to be paid upfront and added a 20% tip for themselves that my father unknowingly paid and thankfully could cancel the tip later.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. We were told that all of our furniture would be wrapped for protection. That didn’t happen and every single piece of furniture we had moved was damaged. One of the moving guys dragged our mattress across the floor of the common area in our new apartment building. We called and reported our experience. They asked for pictures so we submitted 14 photos of the damage to all our furniture.

Would have loved to work with this company since they had rates that seemed fair and competitive. However, when I called them two days ago to get an idea for the moving a few heavy items that I'm unable to lift on my own they said they would see availability and give me a call back in half an hour or so. Its now been 2 days with no replies. I have even called back in several times and have been sent to voicemail each time.
