Worked out from 32 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Very disappointed in this company. We had been using them for years and paying for additional insurance for shipping a high value liquid. Recently they damaged a tote in transit and refuse to even submit the claim to their insurance company because they are insisting on us having it tested for impurities. This is a food product and if the container is punctured in a warehouse, the FDA says it must be discarded. Their claims department is garbage.
Shame on this company. Thier driver hits my daughter's car on the highway with our younger son in the car. Driver takes responsibility to my daughter and state police. Old Dominion will not take responsibility. I'm out $2k and still waiting for the money I'm owed. Not to mention the money they owe my insurance company they paid for the repairs. No morals, no ethics, does not care.
Would not deliver to loading doc driver Dominic exact words is no he is good! And left a deep freezer on pallet in front of main doors of nursing home! Called the company and told he can come back in a few hours this company sucks this is …
Thank you for making us aware. We have passed this along to be reviewed.
I was denied delivery because they did not have a small truck, although the documents said that this is a residential area. They deceived me. Because when I was picking up the cargo, I saw that they have small trucks.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
For line haul, this is SCR. Go through the gate to the very back and spin around 180 degrees. Drop your tail and the jockey will tell you where to place your lead. The empties are on your left but be careful with your dolly since they are on a hill. Right before you exit the same gate, the office is on your left.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
