wish I could give 0 stars. I've never left a google review before but their service is absolutely atrocious. Poor communication, damaged items, hidden fees I keep getting invoices for after months of not using the service. Excuse me? Edit: Okay, I've gotten a message from Olympia after I left this review, so let me clarify a few tings since they seemed quite unhappy with me voicing what happened publicly. I was told my review was "atrocious is disappointing" when, in fact, their service was.
This is how their employers act when you just simply request them to finish the job faster. Never in my life I have ever experienced such disrespect and profanity to my address. This is ultimate example of someone who has no self-control, self-respect and ounce of humanity to people around them. I have simply requested to finish the job faster if possible, I have not cursed him once even after he cursed me, nor forced or talked in any level close the way he talked to me.

Our move to a nearby city started off fine. 2 Crews and 2 Trucks began to quickly load our belongings. Then it went downhill! Several valuables were broken while being loaded and during the move. It seemed like the crew of 6-8 folks had a real mover or two, the rest worked hard but were pretty clueless. Then, we got very strange vibes. There seemed to be some friction between the crews. From what I can tell, the second crew wasn't from the home company, it was some type of sub-contractor.
I was asked to submit a review many times in the last 2 weeks. I was not going to do so, but you have persistently insisted. Sorry, but Olympia moving was the worst moving service I've had in my almost 10 movings. A friend recommended us Olympia Moving so I booked with Olympia a very easy service from house to apartment, barely 2mi apart in June 2020.

I have two kids in my car. We were waiting for a turn in the right lane. This truck suddenly cut into our lane from left side very closely and nearly squished our car. This super dangerous driving is deadly for other people. If you are such an unresponsive driver, how could you serve people’s moving well!!! When I honked to warn the driver, he honked back to mock me!!!! I have driving recording and I will report this to police too. To the owner: Your truck is your advertisement.

Olympia helped us do an interstate move, they did a good job with logistics but when it came to addressing our damaged goods not so great. Beware, if they damage items you will need to provide evidence that it happened during the move and they determine what they will reimburse despite the value of items damaged. Customer beware, if I had to do the move again I would use a different company.

Truck drivers don't go for a live load. Your whole day will be wasted, and you'll be lucky if your truck isn't damaged while trying to get into the docks.
Mr. Schuller, Olympia is a diversified business that works with many different types of shipments – some that necessitate live loading, something we do very successfully. If we were to ever do business with you again, you should have this conversation with our Operations Department.

I used Olympia to relocate from Watertown, Ma. to Mashpee, Ma. The crews on both sides of the move were exceptional. This included packing the truck on a Wednesday, holding the furniture for two nights and delivering on Friday. Communication was excellent from the initial estimate through job completion.
