Avoid Eco-Way Movers at All Costs — Scam Operation Disguised as a “5-Star” Company Hired Eco-Way Movers based on their suspiciously perfect reviews — big mistake. They don’t even answer their phone with a company name, so right off the bat, you’re left guessing if it’s a business or a burner phone. Instead of sending their own team, Eco-Way outsourced the job to a sketchy third-party called Omeros Moving — completely unprofessional and unannounced.

I hired Omar for an apartment move, the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company!! The truck he brought was to small so blamed me an said I should have told them how much stuff I had..( He never came to look mind you) then they broke my 48 inch glass dining table top an said I should have taken movers insurance which I was never even told or asked about!! He said if I wanted to pay the movers insurance then he could put a claim in.

EDIT: Here’s the deal, I don’t usually leave reviews. I only do if I’m really impressed. But these CROOKS need to be held accountable. I know I’m only one person but it is completely abhorrent that there could be such a shady dealing from an originally very nice seeming person. About a year ago, I purchased some furniture from an antique store and as I am disabled I needed help getting it to my home as well as inside.

Cancelled on a Sunday after being over an hour late. I was told the driver was arrested for getting in a bar fight and there was no replacement driver. Appointment was booked 5 weeks in advanced and confirmed twice in the subsequent weeks. Because of this delay, I ended up moving out as the new tenant was moving in.

🚨🚨BEWARE UNRELEIABLE CANELLED ON ME DAY OF MOVE🚨🚨 I have never met an owner so unprofessional and unreliable in my life. I booked Omero moves days in advance and told them multiple times to be here at 7 am as I had the elevator booked from 7-8 am see screenshots of text below . All boxes had been packed a short and easy job. On the day of the move I call them at 6:50 am to ask where they are. The owner answers and says the movers will leave in 10 mins. Already they are late but I said it’s ok we’ll wait.

Run! Run! Run! These guys are not only unprofessional they will mess you up big time. I've been reviewing for years now and almost a level 7 reviewer so when I tell you to run, you Run. We didn't contact this organization for business but it was contracted out to them.First they came in late, arrived at 1048am instead of 9am.

Not really impressed that I tentatively booked you guys two weeks ago, spoke with both Cameron and Omero on separate occasions, said I needed it for either June 27, 29, or 30 but I hadn't had the go ahead from my new landlord yet. Got the go ahead on Mon the 22nd so I called Omero's, no answer left a VM, Tuesday the 23rd, same thing, and wed the 24th, same thing, and I also sent an online notification. Finally got a hold of them this morning to say he is all booked up and can't move me tomorrow.

Terrible! If I could give them 0 stars I would. You know those consumer investigation shows like W5? .... they would have had a field day with this company. They were located 2 minutes from my home and only asked me over the phone what I wanted moved. I asked about payment and was told rate of $110 per hour would be tallied at end of move. When they showed up they advised two trips would be needed as truck not big enough...I was fine with this as we were moving only 15 minutes away.
