Not impressed at all. Not only did they show up with a truck that was much too large for the area after being warned it wouldn't fit, but they also brought what was not a professional crew. One guy was about the only professional one. One of the other guys had some mental problem and was not taking his medication for it. How do I know? Because at one point, after being very helpful with these guys, he snapped and tried to fight me and then went off screaming and causing a massive scene in my driveway.

Hands down worst experience ever. The military contracted them, so didn’t know what to expect. First they showed up over an hour late and with a truck that was too small. They proceeded to eat a lunchable at my newly refinished table. Someone came out to do a survey a week prior. They didn’t bring tools, enough mattress boxes, any tv boxes. They unpacked my own tools that were supposed to be in the shipment.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. The packers did a horrible job. We couldn't put some furniture together because they couldn't do something as simple as put screws/parts in individual labeled bags. They just threw all the screws in a bag together according to room, one bag per room. A lot of screws were also missing. They spelt our name wrong many different times on a few boxes so it's no wonder one of our boxes that had baby photo albums in it ended up in Colorado!

I’ve been waiting on 2 checks they said they sent for over 5 months from irreplaceable damage their movers did to our household goods. I had to pay a company to come and pick up all the damaged goods and then pay the land field PER POUND to dispose of it. Table and chair set, a small storage bench, a desk, a bookshelf unit, 5 4-tier shelving units and then I had to replace all of the cables to our televisions, remote controls, and a fire stick - they lost our parts box. What kind of customer service is this?!

Was very skeptical after reading reviews but since the military was moving me, I thought I would see how it went. That was a huge mistake. The movers were never on time, broke things, asked us if we wanted to sell things, and even asked me to sign paperwork saying nothing was damaged. They told us they wouldn't pack liquids, I get that, but they sure packed my husbands open alcohol. We are also having to go back and get things they missed packing. In my 24 years, this was the worst move by far!

What a joke. We've only received conflicting information from their office after our move. The movers said they will pick up our boxes after the move. We called their office and they said they only pick up on Tuesday and Thursday and they will call us back when they can do it. We call again the next day and all of a sudden they don't pick up boxes anymore. Now our house is litered with boxes and we have to pay for another company to dispose of them. Horrible experience the whole way through, don't waste your time.

Inappropriate words were written on my new suede furniture that won't come off and I have a 5 year old who can read. Lamps were missing. Both beds were damaged. My child has nothing but a mattress now to sleep in. In all my years moving I have never had such a horrid experience. This was very unprofessional, inappropriate, and I will be talking to fort bragg transportation because I have read this is not this company's first time with these issues.

Worst experience in my military career and I been in for 15 years. I guess they thought because I am female, that they could have gotten over on me. First they showed up late. Then, they didn’t even brought tools to resemble my furnitures. They worked for about 15 minutes then took a break. Once all my things was accounted for, they left to get tools. The resemble my bed on for it fall apart. I hope the military doesn’t use this company anymore.
