What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The staff over at On Guard storage are the best of the best! Always helpful, attentive and friendly. They are locally owned and operated, not like the other places around Olympia. When the big orange public place kept raising our rates, 5 years in a row, enough was enough. I called On Guard and they had several units in the size we needed. Signed a lease that day, and they held true to their word about not raising rates....they stayed the same for 2 years!
Management at On-Gaurd Mini Storage is always so easy to work with. I have been renting a here for 5 years. Throughout that time my interactions have been pleasant and without hassle. My belongings have been safe, yed easy to get to. Having management living on site gives me added comfort. Today, I moved to a different storage space on the same property, and Tammy was very helpful. She was selfless with her time, waking the yard with me to consider different alternatives.
Tammy customer service was unbelievable. She walked us through the whole process and made it easy for us to move in and also to get our business squared away to move out. I thank her and we will be using the service again. Great customer service.
I have used this storage company for years, the staff are very nice and always contact you if there are any problems or issues that you need to be aware of to protect your belongings. Prices are fair and they dont harras you about stupid …
