I wish I had more nice things to say about our experience. On the positive side, the actual movers were very friendly and kind, but the quality of the move itself was appalling. The list of things damaged or outright destroyed is so long that I can't list it here. Old Family photo frames from childhood crushed, hardwood bed gouged, drafting table cord ripped out, drum kit pieces missing. The list is long. As one example, they moved the garage fridge while it was full, destroying everything in there.

Travis and Mubarak acted beyond unprofessional and unapologetically incompetent on what should have been a quick easy one bedroom move. Travis talked over me to aggressively shout at my landlord for no reason, requiring me to twice deescalate both him and my landlord who was threatening to call 911 because he kept antagonizing her. Mubarak threw my stuff over the neighbor’s fence and didn’t tell me, leaving me to hear it shouted at me from my then furious landlord.

Horrible. Quoted me around $600 originally then ended up charging my card over $2000 without my consent. Damaged multiple things and have ignored my emails regarding the damage claim. DO NOT book with them. Will update review if they make it right….

I hired On the Go to load a trailer in preparation for an out-of-state move. The moving team overcharged me (I had to get home office to do a correction), but that was only the surface. When I arrived in my new location, I had a different mover ready to unload the truck. What they found was astounding: The movers had paid no mind to how they stacked our boxes, crushing multiple bins and seeing boxes cave-in on themselves.

Felt taken advantage of - This was a one-bedroom apartment move about 4 miles away, and based on multiple prior moves with similar belongings, I reasonably expected the total cost to be around $700. Instead, the move took over 10 hours and ended up costing nearly double that amount, which felt excessive for the size and distance. The movers were friendly and easy to talk to, but the pace of work was noticeably slow.

We had booked a move for 11 AM on a Saturday but the movers showed up at 3:30 PM. There was no attempt made from the management team to reach out to us beforehand and give us a headsup regarding the delay. We had to call the company 4 times asking for an update and every time we called, the only response we received was "the earlier move is taking some time and if you think it's too late, feel free to cancel the booking".

I recently used their moving service, their billing seems like a scam, They charged me for the time they took to travel to my place , the whole move took two hours, but they charged additional two hours, citing they start charging from the time they leave their office and the billing ends after they reach their office, I have never seen such a billing practice from any other movers before.

They were deceptive. My things were not fully packed and the crew told me that they would help me pack at a discounted rate(165/hr) but the bill came out to be 255/hr. This is so dishonest. Lonny kept on insisting to charge my card since the back office would give me the discount. But the day after Memorial Day when I called the back office the lade flatly denied and hung up the phone on me. Stay away from these cut-throats. I feel bad about the two younger part-timers.
