I was referred to this company by a friend at a former apartment. I was extremely displeased with the move, the way I was spoken to and the way I was treated. A 5 hour move took almost 8 hours. It started with the owner Josh calling me 5 times at 7:45 am. He started the day by reprimanding me because he only had 2 movers and stated it was a 3 man move. The movers arrived an hour and 15 minutes late.
Zero stars in my rating. This company helped one of my neighbors move in yesterday. The truck driver took it upon himself to park the truck in my yard to save the workers an extra 10 ft of walking. The truck damaged my irrigation system and no one even had the decency to come and tell me, let alone ask if it was ok to park the truck on someone else’s lawn in the first place.
I usually have good experiences booking through U-Haul’s platform for more affordable moving options, but this was unfortunately my first negative experience. One of the movers had a consistently poor attitude throughout the job, was uncooperative with instructions, and responded sharply when I made requests. As a result, several of my items were damaged, including chipped furniture and a broken glass sliding door. There was also a hole in the wall from their services.
Horrible moving experience, arrived late, disrespectful communication and staff complained the whole entire time. Not worth the money or stress. I strongly recommend not booking with this company

Stop scrolling and stop looking for other movers!!! These are your guys. Josh is very cool and professional and his crew guys are equally awesome. On time, fun, efficient, and careful with your belongings. Not to mention for a fraction of the price of other movers in the area. I will definitely be using them again when I move in a couple of months - I couldn't be more pleased with their services.
A really great experience with John and his team in moving our 3 level townhouse in Alexandria about 30 miles south. We had a tight timeline and our dates kept changing due to the closing of our new home and he was incredibly responsive and adapted to all of the changes we threw his way. His team was so hard working and polite and worked really hard especially the day of the move which ended up being a really long day.
Josh was very professional and punctual. He and his team worked hard to move my piano from our 2nd floor to the 1st floor down two tight flights of stairs. They did an amazing job, brought the right equipment, and did the work in less than half an hour for a very reasonable price. I'm very impressed and will definitely call on them again should the need arise.
I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Josh and his crew. Josh did my first move in March of 2020 (yupppp right at the craziness of the pandemic). He traveled to Phoenixville, PA and packed to move me to a temporary home in Stafford, VA while I waited for my new construct single 5 bedroom home to be ready. 6 months later he moved me to my new home.
