Don’t let their seemingly caring attitude fool you. We had a lot of things we loved broken, some beyond repair, and several items went missing. Expensive lesson - never again! So Disappointed that the trust we put in this company was so misplaced! Beware of what their contract actually says! Second Update - per the owners’s request - we called. We were told to make a claim. So we did with photos and details and costs, as requested.

Terrible! Broke so many items and refuse to discuss it despite multiple messages. Do not use them. They moved me from Franklin TN to a storage unit. They stacked boxes marked FRAGILE beneath heavy items and multiple boxes were crushed. It was clear they didn't care at all and perhaps even willfully destructive due to the lack of common sense shown. They refuse to speak to me and offer any sort of compensation. Update: It is well over a year later since my move and they just now replied.

Worst moving experience ever. We used this company to pack and move our items into our rented storage units and then to move our items into our new home several months later based on how they told us they care for our belongings. We had numerous damaged and destroyed pieces of furniture, glassware, picture frames, and collectibles. We had a solid oak desk where every leg was broken and the frame of it destroyed beyond repair. Their insurance coverage is a hoax.

The owner did a great job of selling me on his services, that turned out to be a snow job. His crew made a mess of the boxes I prepared for shipment as there were several that arrived falling apart and/or smashed from improper storage during transport. When I filed a claim for missing art I was paid for the item by the pound - a ridiculous notion, but I did not opt for the additional coverage due to the snow job the owner gave me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Every box labeled Fragile treated terrible, stacked and smashed, loads of broken glasses which I cut myself on unwrapoing from all the bubble wrap I did thinking for sure this would be fine so long as not tossed like garbage, broken vases, heirloom pieces, a statue replica from a movie gifted to me. Will be seeking a refund for the move and compensation for my items and the distress of lost of priceless items.

Terrible company. They have lost their good people. I called three times just trying to get a quote only to be told they won’t provide me a quote because I was using U-Pack trailer.. which is a nationwide company that has been around for decades. Never called to explain that to me… I had to call them. Just very weak customer service. I wouldn’t trust them with my move if they offered to do it for free. Beware!

Wonderful experience with the 3 movers i had Christian, ethanol and Zell. I would highly recommend them on the moving company. I had approximately 10 totes, queen bed set, computer set up, large couch and chair set, shelf and 2 TV stands. 2 pick up locations and third final destination, paid for 4 hours and was done in 3 hours. They were efficient, safe, and covered all items. Great experience, wonderful people and will recommend. Thank yall for the help

My dad's move has been so stressful for him, so we decided to hire movers to ease the load. We had Christian, Ethan, and Adrian for half a day and we didn't lift a finger.
