Terrible experience. The two moving men were awful especially Mike the owners son. Mike was inebriated and smelled of booze. We did not realize this until they had a few pieces on the truck. And he drove the truck inebriated! Very unprofessional, two hours late, did not wrap furniture in blankets before putting it on the dolly. Mike kept muttering under his breath, “ she’s watching, she’s watching. You bet I was! They acted like they had never moved furniture before. They argued amongst themselves.
You are a terrible woman ticking I'll reply off of your review that is so crooked that's not fair to me and my customers!

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job for us at a reasonable price. They moved our furniture when we had carpet installed. They moved everything out of our garage when we had the floor epoxy sealed. There were very professional and friendly for both jobs as well as on-time and efficient. We will call them again when we need them.

I needed an in-home move for a bulky 350lbs bathroom vanity up a flight of stairs with a 180 degree turn and On The Move did a wonderful job! On The Move were very responsive, returning my call within half an hour. They asked some questions about the vanity and the stairs, and then gave me a very reasonable quote for the move, and best of all they told me that they'd be bringing out 3 movers to do the job and a heavy-duty appliance dolly, which was a huge relief due to the bulk of the vanity.

The "On The Move" team showed up on time and were ready to work. We needed all the furniture on the second floor taken downstairs while we had some flooring replaced upstairs. Within an hour and a half, they had everything moved and also set up a make-shift sleeping area for us. Two weeks later, they came back and moved everything back upstairs. They took all the trauma out of the experience. And no nicks in the wall. Thanks Guys! See you next time.

We used On the Move yesterday and our experience was absolutely wonderful and stress-free. Communication: When we called, the guy quoted a really great price and when he found out that we would be moving on the weekend he said it is usually a little more expensive but since he quoted me the first price he honored it. I called the day before and left a message to verify the appointment and he called back within the hour. He was really good about calling about anything that changed which I really appreciated.
