We used their services earlier, all was fine. But last time when I planed you move and did reserve the company in advance and got a confirmation- in last moment, exactly in moving day the manager stopped to answer me and ignore all my messages and calls. And it was way to stressful. So basically they just did not show up and we had to move all boxes by ourselves in our so small car. It was horrible and really stressful.
I'm sorry for your experience, but your job was never scheduled. Unfortunately, you didn't provide the COI requirements on time and we couldn't proceed with your request! Once again, I apologize for your recent experience with us! Your next delivery is on me.
VERY bad service! They scratched my whole sofa and my door. They have FALSE advertisement on their website saying that they wrap all of the furniture. That is a lie! They didn’t wrap the sofa and it got ruined. If you want your furniture to arrive safe to your house, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! ZERO STARS

They arrived early, were quick, efficient & took care of everything A to Z with disassembling, properly wrapping to protect the furniture, putting back together, all under the time limits reserved from locations A to B, very professional!
I had no idea this kind of service existed! I bought a bed off of Facebook marketplace, but had no way to transport it to my place. I called and left a voicemail as directed, and the same minute I got a message with the quote. The quote was super affordable. The team had great communication. I wasn’t expecting them to assemble the bed once they got to my house, but they even assembled it for me! I would highly recommend the service and will use it again in the future if I need to

After my original moving company canceled on me ONE HOUR before my 2:30 PM pickup, I was honestly in panic mode. I had my building elevator reserved and everything packed. I called this company last minute and they completely came through for me. They showed up quickly, were professional, careful, and made the whole move smooth despite the situation. One of my TVs was unfortunately damaged during the move — but this is where they really stood out. The owner didn’t make excuses or avoid it.
