In their own words
They damaged the bulletin board on our property by prying it open to put their business card inside. When asked to compensate us for the replacement cost they never responded. Very unprofessional conduct.
My apologies this was never brought to my attention. Please provide the details to [email removed] and I will look into this asap.
The over-exaggerated reviews here does not reflect the current professionalism. Cheap cost, cheap service. Consider at your own risk.

In their own words
Huge thanks to Ottawa Local Movers & the crew for helping with our move this weekend. They made a stressful day feel easy lol. Great communication, fair pricing, and the movers were respectful and hardworking. Everything arrived safely and on time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers in Ottawa.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide you our service
I called these guys on a Sunday morning after it became clear that I was getting ghosted by another mover with a Kijiji ad. I needed to get the heavy base of an elliptical machine moved from one house to another - basement to basement, preferably same day. They were very good. We even added in a sofa pickup from a third address. Clearly they knew how to move big items. They were careful and polite. Price was very reasonable, even though it was a Sunday, short notice and three addresses.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you
I can't recommend Ottawa Local Movers enough! I've used them before, and they were fantastic, so they were the first company I thought of when I went to help a friend move. Our original movers cancelled at the last minute, so we rented a truck and figured we'd have to do it ourselves. I reached out to Ottawa Local Movers, and within just a few hours they drove over an hour to meet us in Val-des-Monts and saved the day. Every interaction I've had with them has been positive.

I had lost all hope of finding a company who would take on my very small moving project (moving appliances within my home), at a reasonable price. These guys came through for me. They responded quickly, booked me within a couple of days, and showed up even earlier than the appointed time. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. His colleagues Steve and Hussein took great care while moving two large refrigerators without causing any damages, scratches or dents. Service was courteous. I definitely recommend them!
Thank you for the business. Much appreciated
