In their own words
I was super pleased with my experience with Arden and Cheri from Ottawa Piano Movers. I moved my upright Yamaha piano from my parents bungalow in the west end to my 4th floor condo located in the east end. From the moment I reached out to them to get a quote to the delivery, they were very professional and responsive. Cheri, who answered my emails, was always courteous, prompt and accommodating. The day of delivery went really fast and without any issues.
Wow Anne, thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate this review.
Everything was perfect with that company. From responding to my questions, the time for delivery organized so it suits my schedule, the actual delivery with very professional guys. You could tell they have been doing this for a long time. They were also very careful and friendly. No surprise with the final cost either. I strongly recommend their help if you need to move a piano.
Thank you for taking the time to this this review.
November 2023 UPDATE :It has been almost 3 years since I dealt with them. I called them to move a very heavy couch (sofa) from my basement to my main floor. It was a challenge to get it to fit, but they did it perfectly and quickly. I AM THRILLED TO RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. August 2020- Cheri is amazing. Very professional.I needed to move a heavy safe. Their price was fair, not the cheapest but definitely the fairest.
Wow, thank you so much for this amazing review. We were happy to help you.
To be fair, ours was a fairly straightforward move - an upright piano from my next door neighbour's house to mine! But still, the efficiency and professionalism shown was excellent. I had ordered movers because the piano is in mint condition and didn't want to risk any scratches by trying to move it ourselves, and this was the right move.
Paul, thank you so much for these kind words and for the time it took to do this review. You were very easy to deal with and it was our pleasure from start to finish.
