In their own words
Horrible service! They are rude and expensive! Don't hurry to hire them, make a search. They quit me with the half of my stuff at the day of moving! And I had to look for another movers to complete the move.
The individual who was rude has been removed from the company. Sorry for any inconvenience. We specialize in piano moving not household items - sorry.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I just used this company to move my Yamaha UIA and the service was amazing. Showed up right on time, were super careful and wrapped it better than I had ever seen in the many times I moved this piano. Was very quick and friendly service. I would highly recommend using these piano movers instead of your moving company if you can do them separately, as with movers you will pay as surcharge and then also the crews time as they try to figure out what the heck they are doing and how to move it.
thank you Sophia and happy to hear that you were very satisfied with the piano move.
A few years ago I was looking for a service to send my daughter's piano to the US where she currently lives. For some reason, I could not find any service that would move it internationally. But when I searched again last month, I found a few but was immediately impressed by Ottawa Piano Movers. They contacted me within a couple of days although they were out of town and busy with personal events. From the time we started communicating, we were in constant touch exchanging information and status.
Glad to hear you were happy with our service and thank you for the kind words.
Stop your search for a piano mover and go with these guys. They are experts at moving pianos. I called 8 piano movers on a Saturday afternoon and they were the only one who picked up the phone. After sending some additional details by text, I was pretty surprised when they said they could handle a next day (morning delivery) from east to west across the city on a Sunday and for a very reasonable price. They wrap the piano in blankets and use moving straps, dolleys and ramps to make the move easy.
Great to hear you were happy with our service and thank you for the kind words.
I had the pleasure of working with Scott and Brendan at Ottawa Piano Moving Specialist recently, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I had a last-minute request to move a piano for a listing I was preparing, and they were able to accommodate me with minimal notice, despite the tight schedule. From start to finish, Scott and Brendan were nothing short of professional.
Happy to meet your tight schedule and look forward to assisting your clients and colleagues in the future. Also thank you for the kind words.
