These ppl are beyond unprofessional I hired them to move one small room literally across the street to my new apartment. I had so much damage things lost that still aren’t found like an Apple Watch. My bed was damaged. I had an indoor camera that was damaged and they offered me $100 just to take down my review and when I said I wouldn’t they then emailed me and said I needed to fill out a form so they can do it by wait so they only offer the hundred dollars for me to take down my review,smh But since I won’t now…

I really do not like doing this, but it needs to be done. My original review was 5 stars because the team worked hard and put in hours to get the move done. It was late in the day and I gave my review at that time. However, at 11:30 that evening I was double checking things and came across a scene that almost broke me on a tough day. I am a Star Wars junkie and one of my favorite things Star Wars is the Millennium Falcon and I had a fully assembled UCS Lego Millennium Falcon set.

Just completed an across state move with Out & In Moving and can't say enough nice things about the overall process, quoting was easy, informative and personable (Austin). The moving team themselves (Samuel, Jordan and Will) were awesome. This move went seamlessly. The movers were very professional and thoroughly wrapped each piece. My furniture was safer on the truck than it is in my house when kids are there! They graciously accepted requests to take furniture apart, put it back together when it arrived and even hung my clothes in the closet. I’ve already scheduled them for my dad’s upcoming move.
