Very unsatisfied with what we thought we hired versus what we got. A if we wanted to hire high school kids, one who talked a lot walking around lollygagging throughout the day needing constant direction on his first day moving literally for both kids in the movie industry we would have gone in a different direction!! And having known that's what we were going to get, incomprehensible how inefficient they were.

Overall moving charged me $1600 for 110 moving pads since we decided to do the final move with Pack Daddy. Upon moving in and counting each pad (with two witnesses) we only had 47 moving pads total. Overall moving charged us for products we were never in possession of. Pack Daddy filmed and took photographs of the storage unit upon entering, halfway through, and upon completion to ensure he wasn’t accused of anything by Overall Moving. Andrew at Pack Daddy has been awesome and very helpful.

Note that I give this organization 2 stars for the actual quality of the move itself. Read below for qualifying update. Donovan was so good with my rescheduling. Patient and reasonable. The moving team were friendly, good guys, who work hard and will take good care of your possessions. They were considerate of my possessions. Review update: The above is true; however, I would be sure to not take Donovan at his word related to actual vs estimated costs.

The worst experience I have ever had. My T.V. my couch now has a rip and broken board in the back. Boxes with broken items. The did a terrible job. Left all my boxes in the garage. Did not even move me all the way. Had to go back and make six trips back and fourth by myself. Brought a small truck when I asked for a big one. Wasted my time and money I making two trips. One of.them had the worst attitude. They had no idea what to load first. The owner could of cared less about what happened.

Efficient and did what was asked. Two stars were given due to the inaccuracy of the pricing that was given prior to moving. Plan was 130 per hour plus 40 dollars for gas. Workers arrived at 9, spent one hour moving a few appliances and were done by 10. Pricing should have been 170. When settling up for payment at the end of the hour, the worker only then stated that pricing was based on when they left their work place, which put us into a two hour mark. That was never discussed prior.

Overall moving just gave me the best moving experience I have ever had. They were efficient, professional, and careful with all my belongings. It really couldn't have gone any better. Besides all that, the price was very reasonable. Can not recommend highly enough.
After a horrific experience with another moving company, I called Overall Moving in a pickle and they were fantastic at explaining every step, being upfront with their pricing and also working with me to find a more affordable solution to moving my mother across country. The communication and follow through is worth it’s weight in gold!
On time and a hussle that won’t quit. Great guys. So cooperative and boy can they move. I would definitely use them again.
Overall Moving did an outstanding job packing our home. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and treated our belongings with great care and respect. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and made what could have been a stressful day go very smoothly. We were extremely impressed with their teamwork and attention to detail.
