I hired this company to move me back in January. He was supposed to be there between 9 AM and 10 AM. He did not show up until 830 that night in the process of my move. He totally destroyed my bedroom set and my dining room table to where I had to buy a new bedroom set and dining room table, along with damage to my microwave and other belongings stated That his air shocks went out, been calling him sense to have the situation resolved it has never been resolved.
We moved from 4 hours away. We left before they finished and they called me and said they didn't have enough room for everything. They gave me the quote, including the vehicle size they needed and they couldn't fit everything in? They left a significant amount of my stuff. Lawnmower, patio set, futon, solid wood desk and chair, etc. They made me pay for another trip to go back and get the stuff. My desk chair arrived here broken. I have signed papers saying they would have it fixed. Now they are ghosting me.

Now I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews how ever they won’t answer the phone so here we are. They are usually good how ever this time I’m missing screws, the packed my things any kind of way so they destroyed a lot of my things. I’m disappointed because I know things happen BUT blocking me is just down right insane!!! Not good for business
Had a move scheduled weeks in advance with a deposit paid. Started to get suspicious when a couple days before the move they stopped responding to all calls and texts when I tried to confirm the move. Day of the move when they didn’t show up at the scheduled time I got a call sorry for the bad news but your move has been canceled. DO NOT USE this company if you would like an actual moving service.

This move had to be done quickly for a family member transferring to a Sr. Community vs. returning home which had been her preference. I was able to make the appt. on Friday for a Monday move for substantially less money than any other company. This is a team business that runs smoothly. John kept me up to date the entire weekend, then Jake took over to do the move.

I found Pack Men moving company on a google. HUGH THANK YOU TO JOHN, JAKE & JASON!! These guys from the time I contacted them for a quote on Friday, Feb. 28th for a last-minute urgent move for Sunday, March 1st, they were fantastic!!!! We had to carefully coordinate a non-emergency patient from the apartment to the new house: meaning once the EMS moved the patient, Jake and Jason had to disassemble the medical bed, load it on the truck, move to the new house, reassembled it, so the EMS could bring the patient in.
