Was trapped by one of their vehicles as the driver assistant instructed the truck to fully block the driveway of an apt building of 20 residents. The driver assistant swore at me and kept telling me I was in the way after I returned my vehicle back to the spot it was already parked in before he decided to block me in as I was trying to leave for an urgent appointment. Highly unprofessional disgusting behavior.

Pack Mule Moving was truly one of the best moving experiences I have ever had, and I have moved many times. Brandon (the owner) was exceptionally communicative and helpful, and he answered every single time that we called. Brandon came to our apartment and did an assessment of what was needed for our move. The day of the move, the team of four (Jeremiah, Andrew, Dustin, and Alain) arrived on time and got straight to work.

This is my second time using Pack Mule Moving and they NEVER disappoint!! Howard and Jeremiah were so professional and ensured all of my items were handled with care. I love that they remembered moving me in to my apartment 3 years ago! All three gentlemen (including Brandon) are very personable and conversed with me throughout the move. My movers disassemble and assemble all items as they packed and unpacked the trunk. I appreciate them over estimate my job to ensure there were no surprise cost at the end!

Everyone involved was incredibly friendly, patient, accommodating, professional, efficient, and thorough. Jeremiah + Howard are my new favourite people, even if they left me feeling lazy after they refused most of my help and hospitality while they were hauling and sweating. At least they let me help a little with the unloading end of the process (I am not accustomed to being helped so thoroughly and certainly not without participation and assumption of responsibility for labour parts of any task.

I had 6 companies give me bids on a long distance move. Brandon sent me his bid very simple easy to understand. The bid was not the highest or lowest bid. I looked up packmules reviews and all the others and there is a clause in all the other bids about how much is paid if something gets broke. Brandon assured me he would take all precautions plus if it was his guys that my items were broken by he would make it right.
