I would have loved to give these guys a better review for how kind they were, however I should have gone somewhere else for professional packers. I booked for 2 hours, the arrival time was between 12-1pm and they didn't get there until 1:50pm which when I was called saying they were on their way it was supposed to be 1:30 and ended up still being 20 minutes even more late.

Absolutely the worst moving company. I would give zero stars. Please stay away from this company. We had our move about 2 weeks ago. The movers were really careless with our furniture. They didn’t wrap our couches Or backrest pillows. They threw things on the bottom of the truck. When they unloaded the couches and other furniture/ pillows; they threw them on our floor. The couches and other chairs were covered in debris, leafs, and were so dirty.
I had to repack half of my pod because of the crew doing it incorrectly. They were supposed to dissemble the bed, roll up my foam mattress (which I had compressed) and secure it with zip ties, disassemble my bed, etc.. The way it was packed was extremely disorganized, putting very heavy boxes on very light ones. My foam mattress popped open because it was not rolled up and put in correctly, despite me giving instructions to do so. My chair was broken. I had to disassemble my bed myself.

I needed to get out of a 3rd floor apartment and these guys expertly handled the job. I worked mostly with David, the manager, who checked in regularly and was extremely easy to contact. Zach and Drew carefully wrapped all my requested furniture pieces and moved them into the new place without a scratch. I also felt like the cost was extremely reasonable due to both the heat of moving in July and needing to access a 3rd floor unit. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if necessary.
