Stay tuned for a detailed review of damage during my move, customer service that borders on avoidance vs trying to resolve. You will simply not believe what I will share. Every statement is completely verifiable and will stop you in your tracks. Rep came to the house to review damage and has now ghosted us while having a piece of furniture in their possession and they will not respond. Sounds like time to lawyer up.
This is the worst unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I'm still waiting on an estimate. Tammy Angeloff needs to be fired. I was supposed to be moved by the end of September and still can't get an estimate from her. There is …
I apologize that you feel this way about our company or Tammy. She is one of the top sales professionals Nationally for North American. I can assure you that your experience is an anomaly.
HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE!! They do not answer phones. I took a complete day off to receive delivery, they never showed up or called. Called to check status, no answer - Still have not recieved delivery.
We were given the wrong phone number for this customer and attempted to contact him over 30 separate times. Once we received the correct phone number from Mattress Express, his item was delivered in 48 hours.
Very disappointed in park we had furniture stored for almost a year. When they delivered it we discovered damage to several pieces of furniture mostly antiques. They also lost 2 couches and a mattress very sad you can't trust people to take care of your stuff. Would NOT recommend. By the way one of the couches still has not been delivered!! The comment below is false!!
Our sincerest apologies. We have replaced the mattress and have delivered the couches. We know that this was a stressful move and we work hard every day to provide the highest quality on every move. Your family did not receive our best that day and we do sincerely apologize.
It is very disappointing, to be told one thing, and do the opposite. I have received a lot of apologies, but no satisfaction. Sent a wood Dr to fix all the places that were scratched dented and destroyed. …

Our recent move with Park Transfer was wonderful. Sparks, Josh and Jerome moved our furniture and set it up with strength, knowledge, and understanding and a lot of patience. They did an amazing job in such very hot weather. Nothing was damaged, everything was packed and protected, and moved quickly and efficiently. Moving is difficult enough, but Sparks and Josh took great care in making it easy for us. I thank them and your company for such a great experience.

I have made many cross country moves, and I have never had a better move than I had with Park! Anna Watkins was amazing! She walked me through every step of the process and was constantly communicating and updating me. The packers and loaders took great care and were so respectful of all my things. My driver, Percy, was an absolute Godsend! I HIGHLY recommend Park!!!
Park moving did outstanding work both in our move from Mobile to Birmingham and our final move to our new house. They have a wonderful spirit and excellent teamwork! They took our piano through a tight door, remarking you have to do it like a Rubik's cube. They even broke into song and played after the instrument got into position.
