In their own words
We hired PBC back at the end of August for a local move. Movers showed up late, didn't have furniture pads or wrap like stated when we asked for the price. Was also told there would be a 3-man crew and only two guys showed up. While moving our items a lamp was broken and I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now in regard to that after they came to our home and took the lamp that they said they would try to repair if not replace. No one replies back to or answers the phone number listed.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. If I could give it zero stars I would. They guaranteed that they would be there to pick up my stuff by 12 noon and that did not happen. Not only were they late, they never showed up. The owner gave me excuse after excuse and never came to pick up my stuff. I continued to be cordial when most people would have gotten belligerent. I ended up having to call another mover and pay extra just to get them to come get my things.
I called April 6th to get a quote. They gave me a quote to move on April 8th @ 9:30am. Guy said text over my information and I did! He said he would email an invoice never received an invoice. I have messaged and called several of times here it is same day to move and no contact from anyone. No show no call. This is bad business. Skip over this company please. And from the other one star reviews I should have read them first before calling this company. I literally called out of work for this! Unacceptable!!!
WARNING do not use this company! They were quick to take my deposit however they never showed for the job. The day they were supposed to move my furniture, communication was limited, full of lies, and excuses. I’ve yet to receive the refund on my deposit. If anyone has suggestions on how I can get my refund besides disputing with the bank which I’ve done, I am all ears. They’ve stopped answering my phone calls and won’t send the money back although they never did the work!!!
When where we supposed to move you mam?
Horrible service. They are nice but they are careless with your belongings. They cost me over 10k in damage for a $500 move! The broke dressers broke a 5000$ children’s bunk, broke and tore a weight bench, broke a mirror, lost parts to my items etc. and there is no real management it is just a guy and his buddies in a rented truck
If you're looking for someone to move you at a cheap price, hire these guys. If you want quality work done, these guys are about as bad as I've ever seen. PCS season is always stressful, but these guys made it even worse. I had most of my …
When did we move you sir? I have no records of a jay b be moved by us. Do you have a invoice number I may reference?
I've been meaning to leave this review for awhile. I was extremely displeased with this company. They moved me back in August. They came late and short staffed. They tried to cancel on me at the very last minute. I had to beg them not to …
Called and made appointment for 10 AM 29 December. No one came, no calls or texts returned. Contacted an Austin based mover, they came same day! Skip these guys. Hardly ever get good service in Killeen.
My apologies. But what was your appointment for and what service or move did we have you scheduled for?

In their own words
From start to finish, top of the line service. The crew was professional, efficient, and handled every piece of furniture with care. They didn’t just move things — they paid attention to detail, carefully taking items apart and putting them …
I woke up on May second in pain and overwhelmed with moving. I called them at 9 am stressed out. I let them know Everything was boxed but I had no energy and I needed help loaded up my moving truck and unloading it into my storage unit. They said we can handle it and will be there at 2! They were there on time and were so fast! As soon as we got to the storage unit it started to rain but they did not let them slow them down. They were so quick and effecient and I truly appreciate them!
Very timely and great communication. They work fast and make sure you don't have questions or need anything before they leave. I'd definitely use them again!
Amazing job!!!! Fast as hell, they don’t mess around lol. Very personal and carful moving stuff. I definitely like the disassemble and reassemble.but most of all the price for the local move can’t beat it with the job they do. Keep local business alive! Highly recommend!!! Not a doubt in my mind.
