Christian notified me ahead of time regarding their arrival to my house with the UBox. When Christian & Aaron arrived, they were professional in appearance & their manner, friendly & thoughtful. They moved all of my items from the UBox in a careful but expediant way, asking me all along where I wanted items placed, & even offered to assemble my bed & kitchen table!
