I loved working with People First for the first 2 times. The last time Neil wasn’t with them and the men were exhausted. They came 3 hours later than initially scheduled. I communicated with them that I had a hard stop time because my kids had to go to bed at a decent time and my wife had a 24 hour shift the next day. I believe that I was texting with Neil because the person communicating had specific details of the house that you had to be there to know.
Absolutely no communication from the administration. They didn’t send my deposit or confirmation till the day before the move while also 24 hours prior to the move tried to add over $200 to our agreed upon price. Due to this short notice warning of a massive price increase I tried to negotiate a better price. The company then cancelled my booking the morning of our move leaving us completely out of options and without a text or message of the cancellation.

Absolutely outstanding moving experience! Neil and Terence were fast, professional, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. They worked efficiently from start to finish, handled even our larger and more delicate items with care, and made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and enjoyable. What really set them apart was their positive attitude. They were friendly, fun, and kept us laughing while still getting the job done quickly and professionally.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with Neal and Terrence. They notified us three times in route and arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window. They greeted us with a smile and handshake and did a quick survey of the moving truck contents and the home. From there they went to work, asked a few questions about specific items along the way. There was zero scuffing of the walls, zero dropped items.
Neil and Allen were exceptional. They were personable, professional, efficient, timely, and incredibly helpful throughout the moving process. We scheduled our move on what turned out to be a very snowy day, and they never once complained about the poor weather conditions. They made enjoyable conversation, were easy to work with, and consistently tried to make our lives easier given they were helping us both move out of our old apartment and into our new house.
