Worst first impression in the new town! I asked for help to move a couple of small boxes and baggage from my car to my apartment which was in the first floor. On the phone, the lady named Sabrina accepted to charge me $50 for the service. Movers came, and one of them said he was not told about the boxes, he is dressed up (!!) and cannot help with boxes. We had conversations back and forth with the office, I was too tired after driving the whole day, the mover was nagging continuously, and asked for 20 more bucks.
Furniture and gas grill damaged during the move. Called to discuss how to get repaired, addressed concerns with several phone calls and pictures of damage — nothing done. When addressed with Sabrina she made me to feel like I was lying and …
Very unorganized! It was better when it was first USA storage. I tried to call multiple times to pay unit and they wouldn’t pick up because they all work from home and when someone finally picked up they said they would call after lunch and never did leaving me with late fees I shouldn’t have to pay. Never will I use this company again

The movers are great, but the woman running the office is deceitful. She will tell you how good she is at calculating hours, and then she is completely wrong. She adds additional fees at the time of completion, be careful

I had to remove my original review because it was hinted that if I did not legal action would taken even though I stand by my comments 150% and would not use this company again or recommend them to my worst enemy.
We are disheartened that you would spread falsehoods about our company especially, since you were not present at any phase of the 3.5 hour move (including a stop to load other items) for which we have a 3 hour minimum.

Peoples Choice Moving is one of the very few "High Quality, Professional, Honest" moving companies in existence. Sabrina, the coordinator is friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. She will coordinate and communicate every step of the move. Ben is one of the kindest, most accurate and thorough job estimators I've worked with. He will catch and be prepared for the things you overlook. Ben also runs the crews, so he is involved start to finish.
I would give Ben, Jason and Jimmy 15 stars for moving my worldly goods onto the Penske truck bound for CA. They are complete experts in loading, wrapped and took such good care of my antiques. Total professionals with calmness and made it a little fun when I was stressed out of my mind. I ran out of boxes at the end, yes still packing while they were loading, and they came up with solutions to help...such a God send.
