Sharing my deeply disappointing experience with Seka Moving during my recent move on Saturday, June 28. I had high hopes after speaking multiple times with a move consultant to confirm my inventory and coordinate a smooth and early start. Instead, I was met with unacceptable delays, unprofessional behavior, a damaged item and a complete lack of accountability. 1.
Do you want to be extorted for hundreds of dollars by the crew and have your valuables destroyed? SEKA IS YOUR COMPANY. Here are the highlights: 1) Despite spending 1.5 hrs with Sam at sales and 1.5 with Mary in costumer service detailing all my items, when the crew arrived led by “Kay” I was told I would need an additional 150 boxes to pack a 750 sq. ft. They made me delete my original review with a different account I initially left a negative review after multiple valuable items were damaged during my move (all documented with photos). Following that, Seka Moving reached out and we agreed to resolve the issue through a signed settlement agreement, after which I removed my original review. The agreement was signed on November 14, 2025, and I was clearly told in writing that payment would be issued within 10 business days.
I hired SEKA Moving for a household move in August 2024. Multiple items were damaged during the move. I submitted a complete, written claim with supporting documentation to SEKA’s claims department on April 23, 2025, well within the company’s stated claims period. On April 25, 2025, SEKA acknowledged in writing that it had received my claim materials and stated that the claim would be evaluated.
I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. Several pieces of our furniture were significantly damaged during the move, and the customer service afterward was awful. The most frustrating part was that the company acknowledged the damage, offered a settlement, and repeatedly suggested they would make it right - only to never actually pay anything despite nearly a year of follow-ups. This was not just a bad moving experience; it was a complete failure of accountability.

I cannot recommend SEKA Moving highly enough! From the moment they arrived, Guram and his team were punctual, professional, incredibly efficient, and so respectful of both us and our belongings. I was honestly a ball of panic because moving is so stressful, but they completely changed the experience. I was referred to Seka Moving by my roommate, and I couldn't be happier that he did. Nika and Giorgi, specifically, made my move so much easier by packing, disassembling, and reassembling everything. And I mean everything. I wouldn't have been to move apartments in time without them and they wasted no time in helping me get it all done. They're super professional, quick and efficient and now any time I move I'll be looking to coordinate with them first before I do anything.

Nika and Giorgi were really good helping us move today. They went above and beyond, were very professional and kind. They were very careful with all of our furniture and the tvs. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and made the whole moving process much easier and less stressful for us. They were also very friendly and respectful throughout the entire move. We really appreciate Nika and Giorgi for all their hard work and would definitely recommend them!
