The rating breakdown
3 of the 42 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Perfect Self Storage - OFFICIAL SITE are one or two star.
Worked out from 42 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Pretty good. Had a hiccup upon move in where the unit was not prepared/cleaned, but was able to talk to the manager at 9pm and he rectified the situation the next day. Was a bit confused thinking the unit was air conditioned from their website but it was not. Didn't end up being a big deal as I only needed it for a couple weeks in the fall.
Staff members were top-notch; Jon, Libby and Carmen; informative, patient and helpful. The West Chester facility is kept spotlessly clean. The carts are strong and I always found one in the building that my unit is in. It appears that all the clients respect and take care of the property, too. I especially like the fact that it's a family-owned business that takes pride in their company, their employees and service, and their facilities - and all at a fair and reasonable price. Good job!!
Thank you Marilyn, we are happy that you are pleased with our staff and facility.
If you're looking for a clean, safe, organized, professionally managed climate controlled self-storage facility - check out Perfect Self Storage, 815 Paoli Pike in West Chester, PA. A company is only as good as its employees and the good folks at Perfect Self Storage made an excellent decision in hiring Rich Burns as the Property Manager. Rich represents the perfect blend of being personable and professional.
I've been renting with Perfect Self Storage for about 9 years now and I've seen plenty of managers come and go. Rich is one of the best managers I've had the pleasure of meeting. He is always friendly, he waves when you come through the gate, he comes out to help if the boxes are big and heavy, he calls me when I have an order shipped to the office, and he keeps the facility very clean. I would highly recommend renting here!
