I am deeply saddened to have to write a poor review for this company. I had an amazing first interaction with Gabbi, but it all went down from there. They picked up the dogs for their supposedly private transport two days late and at 2:30 AM on the day the dogs were supposed to arrive. I was told at this point I would get a discount for the transport as (insert continued reasons including a car wreck) they were late. They obviously didn’t make their arrival time, in fact, they were 2.5 days late.
We are also saddened and confused by this review. As to the late pick up, we would state that this is a ground transport and things happen on the ground that can delay any pickup (road construction, accidents, traffic, weather, etc.).
poor customer service and not very responsive. I called once and they hung up on me, and I tried calling back multiple times and they were rejecting my calls. This is very unprofessional and poor customer care.

I honestly don't know why Campbell/Andy is getting all these good reviews. After my experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this service or at least going through it with Campbell/Andy. All the paperwork needed went smoothly, as it is your responsibility to get that done. When it came to the day of transport, there were a lot of empty promises. I was told my dog would be walked before his flight. Which was a LIE.

0/5 Stars!!!! We were moving across the country and hired this service to transport our three cats (Rainbow, Shamrock, and Indiana Jones) to an animal hospital near our new home for boarding until we would arrive the following week. We did not receive the daily updates and pictures as promised, and when the cats got to their final destination, Indiana Jones was released in the parking lot and allowed to run away.
We deeply regret the recent incident referred to in the review above. We have conveyed our regrets to our client and totally refunded all monies charged for the transport. Although the cats were transported by a partner company, we also assume responsibility for arranging their transport.
I needed to move my 3 huskies from Mexico to Georgia and at first, Gabbi was very responsive and helpful offering different options (drive them from TX to GA or from Mexico to GA) to me it was easier to have them do the transport from Mexico to GA but I still didn't have an exact date for the trip. As soon as I got it I reached out to her and she asked me to call since the options had changed.
Patty - we deeply regret not being able to arrange for your dogs' transport to Georgia. Since you first contacted us in August, various options including air were discussed via email over the past several months. Communication via telephone was not possible aside from a very short call in August.
This company killed my dog. The travel coordinator Gabbi Garabedian did not want to refund my funds paid, nor replace our beloved pet for my children. What an absolute horror, I paid well over $5k for Pet Travel Transport to get my dog safely to me. Not even a day after they transporter left they called me saying my dog died in the crate. I suspect from poor ventilation. Prior to my pup leaving we had extensive blood work performed which was an all inclusive blood panel the Vet performed.
First of all, this transport occurred over 2 years ago and secondly, the accusations here are simply not accurate. It was divulged by friend of the client after the transport that the dog was premedicated with 2 tablets of trazadone without our knowledge prior to the pickup of the dog.
Worst pet travel transport services EVER!! Campbell promised to update me and my boyfriend about our dog first travel experience but he DID NOT. He promise to walk him before the flight and put a an extra bowl for food but he did not. He needed up peeing all over the cage. We will not be using again.

I used Pet Travel Transport to relocate my dog across the country. Pet Travel Transport was able to schedule my dog's transport promptly and their representatives were timely and efficient with communication. Marina and Nancy were the transporters that picked up and dropped off my dog. They were polite, professional and provided updates and pictures via text during their travel which was highly appreciated.

Pet Travel Transport helped get my Australian Shepherd from Houston, Texas to Dublin, Ireland safely! After months of careful planning and communication with their staff - mainly Campbell - my anxieties were eased and questions answered, all in a timely and respectful manner. They helped me with checking all required vaccinations, treatments and forms specific to Irish Customs, for an easy arrival and to avoid any quarantining period at all costs. I would definitely work with the team at Pet Travel Transport again.

Cannot say enough about this amazing company. Moving is super stressful, many moving parts, dependancies and challenging logistics. My biggest concern was how I was going to get my two dogs across the country without having to fly them - after some research, I found Pet Travel Transport. A bit skeptical, I called to gather more info on the process, and had the pleasure of speaking with Gabbi. She spent a ton of time with me on the phone and via text explaining the service, talking through options and availability.

Where do I even begin! First and foremost the customer service from Gabbi is unmatched. From the moment my husband requested a quote and than myself reaching out with my million and one questions; she never left a call or email unanswered. Backstory is my partner is overseas. We (our daughter and myself) were originally going to drive across country from WA to TN with our SUV packed and 4 animals.
