I wish I can give them -10!!! Wht can I say and where do I start from!!! Unprofessional and careless...so many broken and scratched furniture.. I just don’t know how they got so many good reviews !! I wish I can do something to let everyone believe how bad they are!! Foul words were used against my husband when he was going over the calculations to understand why they kept charging him extra every time they call!!
Absolutely terrible ! We hirerd Perennial vanlines to move us from Florida to NC. I was not informed they were a broker service. They hirerd We Care for you to move us. When they arrived at the house I was told the price was increased from 9345.00 to 12092.00. we were closing the next day on the house so we had no other option but to pay it. Then our stuff took weeks to get to us. A 700 mile trip north . The communication was terrible .

I originally called what I thought was a moving company only to find out I callled a brokerage and paid them $1800 for them to FIND me a movers, not actually move me. The day the movers (we care for you) comes the first thing they tell you it “what you paid wasn’t to us. It was to a brokerage”. They look at what you have to move and say it will be more.

***Horrendous movers******* Should have read the complaints with BBB before booking. Stolen, missing items- 2 new in box tv mounts, tool box, ladder, commercial grade dolly,, All 3 TV boxes had been opened and wrappings that were carefully put on by us, were not on the TVs, remotes tossed in the boxes, one never showed up. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. Negative stars if it were available.

When I signed this contract with Menards Moving & Storage they in return contracted out to We Care For You, Moving Storage and Concierge Services. I was told my daughter's household items would be delivered by Friday the August 9th or August 10th. I had to call and leave several messages for someone to call me back on 8/12/2024 because Ava in customer service texted on Saturday the 10th to tell me that my daughter’s household items would be delivered in 14 days.

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! They’re very ironically named because they DID NOT seem to care at all. They made this experience miserable. From bad customer service and communication to broken furniture, this company should be named We Don’t Care At All We finally received our stuff on 12/15. Over a month since they picked it up. Brand new furniture with gaping cracks and electronics that are busted and no longer work. We expected some broken things but not like this.
We are deeply sorry to hear about your negative experience with your recent move. We understand the frustration and inconvenience that delays and damaged items can cause, and we sincerely apologize for any distress this has caused you.
I'm livid with this company. It has been an absolute nightmare! There is no communication. They're incompetent. Why did I hire a moving company that made me move my own stuff!?!? The movers came and packed up our house in FL, asked us what date we wanted, we told them the 21st. That was not communicated to anyone else in the company apparently, because when the 21st arrived they didn't show up. It took us 8 days to cross country. No one ever called to communicate or update us. We always had to call.
Dear Ms Floyd, your move cost was 2200 to move 600cf across the country due to your delivery location a semi had no access to your location per contract a shuttle was required no way you would have rented a uhaul paid for labor, truck and fuel and think you would have paid a cheaper rate to do it…
They LITERLY BURGLERIZED our house, opened sealed boxes and stole our most important family heirlooms. I'll repeat, we paid them and while they were loading the truck, opened boxes stole jewelry and many other things and put the empty cases back in other boxes, resealed everything and went about their business. No one is doing anything to make it right, they do not care. These where items left to my wife by her deceased parents. Things we can never replace, and they don't care.

Jessica in dispatch is the best! Patient. Caring. Responsive. Exactly what you’d want from someone who interacts directly with your customers. Even though she has a huge job, she makes you feel like you are the only customer she is working with. She reassured me every step of the process. The packing and pick up process w/ Travis and team was smooth, easy and stress-free. (Well, as stress-free as moving can be). There were three gentlemen at my home but they worked like there were six. Phenomenal job!

I used We Care For You when making a recent move from Cali to Atlanta. I found them online and was impressed with the customer service I received. It was amazing. They also gave me a great rate. I highly recommend them to anyone moving. They are very professional and they take all the stress out of moving!
