Jodi, Your review is inaccurate and misleading. Not only did we complete everything we were originally scheduled to do, but we also took additional items and accommodated an extra night of truck storage — with minimal added cost — as a courtesy when your home closing was delayed.
The movers were okay at first, though they didn’t listen well at all. They didn’t know the difference between a street number and an apartment number, and were late because they got so confused they went to the wrong address. Then they didn’t listen when I told them not to touch anything in Certain places, taking it all anyway and making it neccesary for me to bring things back to my previous location (four hours away) with me to finish tasks i needed them for there.

I don’t know about the quality of their service, but I sure know they don’t clean their trucks enough. One pulled in front of me on the highway and a huge chunk of ice immediately flew off the roof and hit my car. My windshield is now cracked straight up the middle, thank you Philip P. Massad Movers!
Called based off several Facebook recommendations.... WILL NOT be doing the same!! Philip was rude over the phone and didn’t seem to care if he got my business or not! I ended up calling Grunts Movers and they were GREAT!!
Excellent company on time,did not skip a beat ,no breakage . Excellent job . Good people ,good survive. Highley recommend .🤠 …

I had an outstanding experience with this moving company and highly recommend them. Dave and Dan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, hardworking, efficient, and took great care with all of my belongings. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond throughout the entire move. They offered to help bring items in from my car and even carried in packages that had just been delivered, which was incredibly thoughtful.

If I could give six stars I would! The boys (Tony and Dan) were at the house right on time, early in the morning and moved super quick! My couch wasn’t fitting in through the new apartments front door space, they worked together and moved the couch in through the window! Dedicated, professional, and super personable! Will definitely request them again for our next move!

I cannot recommend Massad Movers enough! I basically moved twice, and they kept my items in storage for a few weeks. There were three different guys for each move and all of them were a delight! Very nice, helpful and super efficient, doing the move in less time than what was originally quoted. If you go with Massad Movers, you will not be disappointed.
