I would not recommend. I reached out for a quote, they said send us an email. They needed a “software to provide pricing.” They also told me they had availability for the date I wanted. Well within 15 minutes I sent them all our information, and they didn’t respond. An hour ago I followed up on my quote with no response. Close to 4pm that day they tell me they are booked. Given they didn’t respond on a timely manner, I did not get a chance to make accommodations.
Our office is open from 7a to 7pm everyday. You sent your information in at 1040am by then we already had 20 quotes ahead of you, and we do quotes in the order they come in. We receive over 50 calls a day for quotes, that then need to be entered.
I have NO idea how this company is getting good reviews. Rudest person ever answered when I called to begin process of getting an estimate. She was obviously bothered to take the call (I had to wait for her to finish a conversation about someone's birthday before she even said "hello"). When I told her I wanted to find out about getting a estimate to start, she told me all the things she couldn't do and coped an such an attitude when I asked to speak to someone who could help me get an idea of how much it would…
We submitted an online contact form to possibly schedule moving service in two weeks. I received a courtesy text, but no follow up. When I called today, they're beyond capacity for at least three weeks. Overall, they weren't responsive which is somewhat disappointing.
We’re a small family business seeing growth beyond measure. We do our best to get to everybody but in these times if you have a move that soon probably best to call and speak to somebody. We’re so sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations.
I called to get a quote. The lady had a bad attitude and was very unpleasant. Definitely will not be using there service.

I cant believe it was only a week ago when the moving truck pulled up to our new home in Seattle. We’re already settled!!!! We even had time to hang artwork and mirrors in that short time because literally, everything was unpacked within 29 hours of the truck pulling up. I initially called and spoke to Ashley about getting an estimate. Beau was at my front door in Dallas within 2 hours. Communication was great and I had their cell numbers and questions were answered promptly.

Phoenix Express did a wonderful job of moving us from Dallas to Santa Fe. We love that the move was a direct move, with our belongings exclusively on their trucks. They arrived on time, loaded and departed in the morning, arrived in Santa Fe in the evening, and unloaded early the next morning. Valuable art was carefully wrapped and loaded and arrived intact. Our baby grand piano was carefully protected, legs removed, and re-assembled beautifully in our new home.
We had the best experience moving with Phoenix Express. If you are thinking about hiring them...? do it! I promise you will be very happy with their services. Beau, the owner, came out to meet us at our home to do a walk thru to give us the best estimate possible. The entire crew from start to finish was super respectful, helpful, patient, understanding, and kind. They moved so fast and carefully that I could hardly keep up with them. They even provided us with boxes for all 3 of our tv's.

We couldn't be happier with Phoenix Express. In advance of the move we provided photos of our household to simplify estimation of the needed packing supplies and the labor intensity. The packing crew showed up on time, had absolutely every tool and packing supply ready to go, and worked at blazing speed. Our household items were packed compactly, safely, and securely. The ladies were upbeat, cheerful, and clearly expert in their field. Or boxes were labeled distinctly and clearly, making unpacking a breeze.
