In their own words
I had a special situation with a Baby Grand, it had been stored in a covered landscaping trailer ,...Daniel quoted me a price based on my information,..and when the time came, he and his brother showed up right on time, gave a cheerful greeting, kind of chuckled at the situation, and went right to work, I could see they knew what they were doing.., wrapping with blankets.., tools moving,..I told them I would drive ahead to meet them at my house, about 10 miles away,..I figured they would be a while,..
Outstanding service from beginning to end. Extremely responsive, scheduled quickly, and did everything they said they would do. Crew was great and very careful with our piano (baby grand). Super impressed and highly recommend using them. I had also gotten several quotes from other companies, and Phoenix Piano Moving were, by far, the most competitively priced. They have this down to a science! Thank you guys for a great experience!!!
Phoenix Piano Moving is an amazing company owned by a young man named Daniel who is absolutely brilliant, incredibly hard-working, and can do anything that nobody else wants to do. I have an antique heavy upright piano, and my movers were on able to get it off my U-Haul truck. In fact the piano broke their dolly. They did a search for me and found Phoenix Piano moving. I called Daniel, and he agreed to do it.
We greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and also thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
My first experience with this company was smooth. Daniel is very obviously experienced in moving pianos with care and proficiency. We were receiving a piano from a friend and I had no idea this company also did tuning. So of course when I asked to be referred it was great to know he offered tuning as well. The process of setting up an appointment and getting an up front cost was great! Much more affordable than I would have thought since this is a very niche business.
