What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
These guys are highly professionals and I would use their services again. The communication was great from the beginning, scheduling was easy, they called 20 minutes prior to their arrival and were right on time. I have moved pianos before and I can tell when someone knows his job- and they do. They were super careful with the piano and every thing around it while being quick and nice to us. Price was reasonable with great value for it.
Thank you!!
Piano Movers Extraordinaire did exactly what I wanted at a good price as well. We had a studio piano delivered from St. Michael to Maple Grove. Used online estimate and booking. They confirmed the piano type, pickup and destinations and setup over the phone (was very efficient) and confirmed estimate and scheduling. We received a phone call the day prior to confirm the move for the following day at a 2hour time window.
Thank you Michael! Is was great working with you to get your piano moved. Staff at PME
PME was recommended to me by a friend. I called for pricing and decided to get some other quotes (it had been years since I had a piano moved and I admit I had a bit of sticker shock). After reaching out to another piano moving company, as well as other general moving companies, it was clear that PME had the best pricing, so we went forward and scheduled our move within a few days. When it came to actually moving our piano, the two gentlemen that came were very skilled and efficient.
Many of these other companies claim to be piano movers but they send multiple inexperienced people to move them. It takes them more time and more people costing you a lot of extra money. They have fuel surcharges and a hourly minimum per person.
I have had extremely professional and pleasant experience both times I have hired Piano Movers Extraordinaire to move my baby grand piano a short and yesterday a long distance move. The movers Al & Ryan were extremely professional and courteous. The are knowledge about the pianos and how to expertly and efficiently move them. If you have questions about the care and tuning of your piano they are a great resource. Ask and listen to what they have to share with you.
Thank you very much Sandra. If you ever need another piano moved, we would love to work with you again. We really do appreciate your business! Piano Movers Extraordinaire
