Would NOT recommend! Be very cautious when booking with this company. My piano was mishandled, dropped and damaged. Only 2 people were booked for a 3 person job. Garrett and his co-mover could not safely transport the piano inside of my home. If that wasn’t bad enough - upon putting the piano back together, the pedal mechanism was not properly connected and is not functioning the way it was when it was put in his care.
If I could give this man zero stars, I would. I contacted him three weeks before a move out of state asking if he was available for two hours to help my husband move a handful of heavy objects from our apartment to the moving truck. He was extremely responsive and eager to help, set a fair price and we were all set.
One bad review so what!!! Not even regrading pianos! Job was contracted thru us. But given to workers. Their Alternator went out on the way to job! Things happen lady!!! Still got child to feed. Have a nice day!
They didn’t send a quote and they asked me what he quoted me when he arrived. He did not remember the conversation we had over the phone about there being stairs, so he said he was “caught off guard” and would have remembered there being stairs. Then proceeded to haggle with me, asking his coworkers what he normally charges to prove a point to me. The cost ended up being more than he “quoted” me because he forgot about the stairs that I clearly mentioned in the phone call.
You may feel that way but everyone below knows stairs are additional. Even if we are flooded with work. The team handled it fairly and according. We gave you a great price for both the piano and organ.
Called me twice at 8pm to change my moving time up by an hour. Which I did They damaged my piano and when the piece came off he said “nothing we can do now” The music staff on the piano could have been removed and not damaged at all. I wish I would have read the owners responses to the 1 star reviews before doing business. Which I’m sure he will write something on this review. Find a different piano mover.
This is a wrong and lie , we offered to replace the music rack and offered if you wanted a whole new piano one which wasn’t in poor shape as yours in the first place. We even took money off of the move which you requested, out of all theses … More

They were a no show. An hour and a half after my scheduled pick up time I had to contact them for a status. They did not contact me. I was told they didn’t show because their truck needed an oil change. Ridiculous. Call anyone else.

Piano Moving World was excellent and very professional! They were the most affordable compared to the other quotes I received, available on my schedule and were extremely efficient! I already recommend them to a family member because of the price and my experience. They take great care not to damage your house or the piano during transport by using blankets/ramps etc. If you need to move a piano, this is the company for you!
