The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Lisa Gooch "Jazz" and International Youth Choir would like to express our utmost gratitude to Mr. Scott, who professionally provided service policies, provision details, and all costs, so that there were no hidden fees or surprises. Then, the awesome movers, Daniel and Filipe were timely, presentable, courteous, polite, very professional, suggestive during my uncertainty about the best location for our items. We especially thank them for their careful handling of our instruments.
Lisa, we would like to express OUR utmost gratitude for this review. Our moving team members are amazing and we appreciate that you shared your experience with the local community.
When we decided it was finally time to upgrade to a grand piano, we went straight to Piano Solutions. Not only do they have a great trade-in program for returning customers, they also have an amazing range of options and price ranges in their huge inventory of pianos. Going in, I knew the exact tone and action I was looking for. I just didn't know exactly how to find it. Rod patiently guided me through the process, and after playing about a dozen instruments, I finally found the ONE.
Teresa, we’re glad you found your perfect piano! We really appreciate you sharing your experience - we pride ourselves in our selection designed to meet all types of players and budgets. Enjoy your new piano!
Got a great guitar from their guitar store at a great price and it was even in stock. No waiting . Evan and Brian were wonderful to work with. Very pleased. 👍 …
We're so glad you're pleased! Thank you for helping spread the word about our guitar selection. Enjoy your guitar and be sure to see Evan if you ever need it serviced.
This is the best piano store I have ever been to, period. Great service, great selection with top quality pianos, and great people running it. If you live anywhere in the region you should make the trip here, and if you don't live nearby, call them or go online to see what they have in stock. They are great to do business with, very fair in their pricing and negotiations, quick delivery (the next feasible business day in both cases) and most importantly keep their word.
Wow! Thank you for this stunning endorsement! We're so pleased that you had such a favorable visit. We also appreciate your assessment of our certified used inventory. Our business roots are in piano restoration so it is truly more than a tag line when we say that we know pianos - inside and out.
