Called to inquire about an older piano the guy who answered the phone was VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WOULDN'T SPWND A DIME WITH THIS. POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!!! THEN THW "OWNER" REPLIES TO SOMETHING THATS NOT EVEN MY INQUIRY.... THIS FURTHER SHOWS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE!!!!
All I said is we wouldn't touch a piano that's been sitting on a porch I'm sorry you feel I was rude but we still wouldn't tune that piano
I would not trust this owner. We bought a 5,000 piano from his company back in 2014. At that time, We made an offer then realized he had the piano listed for a lower price on the internet. Instead of lowering the price, he threw in 2 free additional piano tunings, (in addition to the one that came with the piano purchase). We didn’t use the piano much until COVID and now my daughter felt it needed to be tuned.
I'm sorry you feel that way you did business with Piano Kraft a company that closed 3 years ago you didn't do anything to keep up your piano you're asking for a free tuning 7 years later from another company the truth is you want something for nothing and didn't take care of your piano I'm sorry…
My friend called to inquire about moving a piano from her home and the owner accused her of lying about having stairs in order to get a cheaper cost. He did not even give her the chance to clarify anything and even admitted that many people do not like him because he is "so straight forward".... there is a difference in being straight forward and just UNKIND. No clue how someone like this could ever own a business. If you are reading this, save yourself and give your business to someone who deserves it.
I have no response due to the fact this review was not the contact that I spoke to and was not privy to the conversation.
I called to inquire about average cost of tuning my upright piano. The man who answered the phone was full of attitude. He asked me questions about the mechanic condition of the piano. I am not an expert and couldn't answer his questions. In a "disgusted" attitude, he said he couldn't help and to "call Steinway," knowing good and well they wouldn't touch an old upright. I was insulted and would never recommend this company.
I'm sorry you feel that way I explained to you that our technician was blind and we could not do an old upright I think giving you the Steinway company's name because they have was multiple technicians they would be able to help you out the reason why we ask so many questions is to determine if…

Since the piano is located in their town I decided to give them a 📞 to inquire. Richard was polite and patient, contrary to the experiences others have had. I appreciate Richard for his time and information. I hope to hire you soon.... #pianoman …

Very happy with my tuning! I have an older piano that sounded horrible. It now sounds brand new! Also, the tech was very personable and had a great sense of humor! You won’t regret hiring this company!

These guys know the drill of how to safely move any piano: they make it look easy. Great rates too. Full service, can tune after the move and even did some repairs for our customers.
I used this company this morning. I could not be happier! They treated my older piano like gold and got it safely to my granddaughter in great condition. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you with your piano tunings after the piano has acclimated to the new environment. Thank you so much again for your review and your business.
