In their own words
Piano Wrangler showed up and moved our piano in a professional manner and with no physical issues. But, when we requested the quote for the move, we told them about the “one step” on the porch and they say that was not a problem. They only charge extra for stairs. Then they snuck in a $10 charge for the “one step” and I didn’t know about it until I received the email with my receipt and I tipped them good. When I asked about the extra charge, they didn’t seem to care.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Professional and experienced, with flawless techniques for a safe delivery and set up. Good communication! Fast service. All other companies were saying weeks and weeks to get a piano moved. We bought our piano Friday night and they picked it up from Houston Wednesday morning. They are experienced with fair pricing. We would trust them with any high end piano. Call them! You won't regret it!! A very satisfied, impressed customer.
Fast response to initial inquiry, received quote and was scheduled only a few day out. Raymond showed up on time, carefully moved the piano to its new location and set it back up. Not a single scratch or scuff. I personally, highly recommend this business.
After calling several way overpriced movers in Austin I called a couple Piano stores to ask who they referred for moving pianos. Two different different companies said Piano wrangler and one of them did not have a company they referred to. Piano wrangler were excellent. The guys were so friendly and professional, and their price came in at $235 because I had an extra step compared to $650 from another reputable mover. These guys have been in the business forever and know everything about pianos.
Piano Wranglers made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless. Two professionals, one large truck, and complete confidence from start to finish. They handled my inherited upright piano with precision and care, securing it properly for transport and delivering it in perfect condition. Communication was clear and timely—they texted about 15 minutes before arrival—and the entire move was completed within an hour, even with a local drive of about 20 minutes.
