In their own words
I contacted them to get a quote. Once they gave me the quote I thanked them and told them I was still checking around. They immediately told me to "please use someone else". I was shocked. I told them it was very unprofessional and they told me their crews were "too exhausted". I'm glad they showed me their true colors before I booked them. The response that they have no record of service is because as I stated they told me to use someone else. I have attached a copy of the text with them to support my review.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY - do not use unless you want your piano AND house damaged. Left multiple scratches on my piano and a huge hole in my wall. Customer service was at an all time low when they called me mentally ill for being upset. Cannot steer you clearer from them.
CJ is such a rude person we called them go get a quote for moving a piano we recently purchased and just because their price was so high and we asked them we need to think about it he replied back to us to call another company and we are no longer interested to work with you. Go learn some customer service. (To answer your reply nobody asked for 50% off we just ask to think about the price and you guys pushed us away and rejected us)
We apologized for the inconvenience. PianoTech won't allow our sells force to price a job 50% less
I called to enquire about piano moving. Was give a huge price compacted to who we ended up using. Got two quotes from two other companies that also specialize in moving pianos for $500 less. Then I messaged them about tuning because they have a good reputation. I was informed it probably couldn’t be tuned because of the age. I advised it had been completely refurbished. I got a three word response. “Call someone else”
Service was not provided ! to a Comperator trying to get our pricing.
Time wasting. Very rude and he will be asking a ton of questions just to say he is not interested in the job. No quotes or anything. At this point just find someone else

The best piano movers in Georgia! They are extremely good at moving them efficiently. Best part is… they provide piano tuning and restoration services if needed. I definitely plan on using their additional specialized offerings. The diligent and careful service quality that Mike delivered was the best service I have received thus far. He not only delivered all 3 of my pianos but also polished them and gave me care instructions for longer lasting shine.

PianoTech not only moved one but two of my pianos today. In researching multiple "vendors" PianoTech's reviews were far superior to others. In meeting with them today, I understand why. Right on time, extreme detail and care in transport but yet personable and friendly. All for a great price! I cannot recommend this company enough. Simply couldn't have asked for a better experience for BOTH pianos!! Thank you, PianoTech!
I can't say enough good about PianoTech. I have a 102 year old Steinway baby grand that has been in my family for 4 generations, and it was badly in need of major refurbishment. It needed strings, dampers, pins, hammers and the action parts badly needed cleaning and re-regulation. I've gotten estimates from more places than I can name, over a period of several years. There was no shortage of those who wanted to purchase my piano, but they all estimated a small fortune for refurbishment.

We had made arrangements with another company, a traditional moving company, to help load a piano onto a rented van. Despite me being completely upfront from the start about the steps in front of the house, the van, etc., the driver called me the morning of the move and said they couldn’t do the job. So, in a bit of a panic (rented truck, airline reservations for the return trip, time off work… and no piano!?!?) we called PianoTech. On the Saturday morning of a holiday weekend.
